  • 1.  Is anyone using a CRM?

    Hi all,

    I'm interested to know how everyone is tracking their stakeholders/stakeholder contacts/project progress etc. Do your organisations have a CRM tool? I'd be thrilled and grateful to hear about how you manage this information. We currently use an excel spreadsheet paired with OneNote and my calendar, but it all feels a bit clunky. We use the MS365 suite. Advice would be very welcome!

    Hi Hannah, 
    I'm sorry I missed this message. I was on leave when you posted it and missed it when I returned.
    AHPA uses a tool that does some of the CRM functions. Suzie Medhurst would have the exact details.

    Is this something the group would like to meet and discuss options? We have not met for some time and I am happy to receive ideas for topics for a meeting.
