    Hi everyone,

As mentioned at yesterday's meeting, Audiology Australia's Board is reviewing its risk management and governance arrangements and as part of this is looking to update our Risk Management Policy, which is a few years old now.  I've attached our current policy  to this post.

The Risk Management Policy sets out who is responsible for monitoring risk in our organisation, our risk appetite, risk tolerance for various area of specific risk and an overview of how we rate each risk based on our risk matrix.

We would like to benchmark our policy against those of other allied health organisations to see how it could be improved and updated so I would really appreciate it if you would like to share your organisation's risk management policy here in the Pool or – if you prefer – to please email it to me directly at elissa.campbell@audiology.asn.au.

    Thanks!

    Elissa

Thank you for sharing this, Elissa.

I will discuss this with Bronwyn and let you know about AHPA's policies.

Sorry for not replying any sooner Elissa. We don't have one to compare with but thanks to you for sparking this conversation we will get started. When we have something we can share with the group.
